Refund & Returns Policy

At ProScapeSupplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, our policy ensures the process is straightforward and transparent.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You must notify us of your intention to return goods within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • All returns must be received by us within 14 days of your return request being approved.

  • Items must be unused, in saleable condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Returns must be authorised by us in advance — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Return Fees

  • A 25% restocking fee per item applies to all returns (unless agreed otherwise).

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty product.

  • The original delivery charge is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Bespoke, custom-cut, or special-order products cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Returns for natural variations in materials (e.g. timber grain, stone veining, shade variations) are not accepted unless they are defective.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

  • If your order arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

  • We operate a zero-damage guarantee for damage above 7.5% of the total order value — we will refund or replace the affected goods free of charge.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your returned goods.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
