Delivery Policy

At ProScapeSupplies, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. Please read the following carefully to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Delivery Standards

  • Inspection on Delivery – Please check your order before signing. If you notice damage, sign as “Damaged” so we can process any claims promptly.

  • Kerbside Delivery – Standard deliveries are made to the kerbside only. We require a solid, level surface that can support up to 1 tonne per pallet.

  • Access Requirements – If your property has restricted access (e.g. narrow roads, steep inclines, gravel driveways), you must let us know before placing your order to avoid additional charges or failed deliveries.

  • Special Delivery Requests – HIAB or crane offloading is available by arrangement and may incur extra fees.

Delivery Times

  • We aim to offer next-day delivery on in-stock items when ordered before our daily cut-off time.

  • Deliveries take place Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Saturday delivery may be available on request.

  • We will provide an estimated delivery date at checkout and confirm once your order is dispatched.

Zero-Damage Guarantee

  • We carefully check every order before dispatch.

  • If damage occurs during delivery, we operate a zero-damage guarantee:

    • Report the damage within 48 hours with written photographic evidence.

    • Any damage above 7.5% of your order value will be refunded or replaced free of charge.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails because you were unavailable, your address was incorrect, or access was unsuitable, a redelivery charge may apply.
